The basics
What's included in a package?
Every package includes a fully lit designer tree, the pieces listed for that package, your choice of colour collection, a written design and confirmed quote within three days of your walk-through, delivery and install by our team, and the January takedown.
Do we buy or rent the decor?
You rent everything. We set it up, take it down at the end of the season and take it away, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to store.
Which tree size suits our room?
Our trees are 7.5, 9 or 10 ft. We measure your ceilings at the walk-through and recommend the size that suits the room, with clear space above the topper.
Can we choose any colour collection?
Yes. All four colour collections are open to every client, in every package. Choose at your walk-through and we confirm it with you before install.
Is there any lighting besides the tree?
Our packages include tree lighting only. Every tree is fully lit.
Installing and taking down
Do you need a ladder or lift?
No. Every piece stands on the floor. Nothing is hung from your ceilings.
Can you install after hours?
Yes. For showrooms and stores we install after close or before opening, so the day runs as normal. For homes and buildings we agree a time that suits you.
When is everything taken down?
In January. Everything is taken down, packed and taken away. Nothing to store, nothing to sweep up.
What if something needs attention during the season?
Call or text us at (604) 366-7130 and we'll take care of it.
Buildings and businesses
Can you work with our strata council?
Yes. After the walk-through you receive a written design and confirmed quote within three days, ready to share with council. We schedule the install around your approval, move-ins and elevator bookings.
We have more than one location. Can you help?
Yes. We walk through each location on its own and plan the group as one, with one point of contact.
Do you offer multi-year agreements?
Ask us about a three-season agreement: the same team, a look that builds each year, and your dates held first. Terms are discussed privately at your walk-through.
Booking
Where do you work?
We work across the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, South Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, South Surrey and Langley.
How is a quote prepared?
In writing, after the walk-through. Within three days of your walk-through you receive a written design and a confirmed quote, so you know exactly what to expect before anything arrives.
