Within three days you receive a written design and a confirmed quote, ready to share with council.

III

Council reviews the design on its own schedule. We answer any questions in writing.

IV

Install

Our team installs at a time agreed with the building, around move-ins and elevator bookings.

V

January takedown

Everything is taken down, packed and taken away. Nothing for the building to store.

All we ask of the building

Three simple things.

  • An outlet near the tree spot.
  • Two elevator bookings: one for install, one for takedown.
  • One point of contact for access and approvals.

Made for shared spaces

  • Exits and walkways kept clear.
  • Sightlines kept open at the concierge desk.
  • Cords routed away from paths.
  • Everything set from the floor. Nothing hung from your ceilings.
Three seasons

Ask us about a three-season agreement: the same team, a look that builds each year, and your dates held first.

Christmas 2026
